An incentive, EARNED by SPENDING at bXTRA Partners, which can be used to REDEEM your favorites. It can also be earned as Environmental Points (EP) through the Trash to Cashback Program by exchanging recyclables at MBE-C Centers. bXTRA Cashback is not convertible to cash but can be used to redeem items, avail services, and pay bills.
1. Go to bxtra.ph and click “Register”.
2. Choose registration method: Email or bXTRA Card.
3. Fill out the form.
4. Tick the checkboxes for Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
5. Press “Register” button and you’ll receive an email containing a temporary password and PIN.
You can purchase products/services and earn Cashback at any bXTRA Partner. The amount you can earn is based on the store’s Cashback rate and may vary on the mechanics per store. For example, Store A is offering 10% Cashback. You bought a P100 burger and received 10 Cashback in your account.
Cashback can be used to purchase products/services from bXTRA Partners through Redemption. By redeeming, you will only be paying using your Cashback balance. Make sure to remember your PIN as this will be used for your transaction.
You can redeem at any bXTRA Partner online through bxtra.ph and the bXTRA PH App, available via Google Play Store, or in-store at locations near you. It can also be used to redeem grocery essentials such as instant noodles, canned goods, and more via the Trash to Cashback Mart.
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Navigate to "My Account".
3. On the left-hand side, select "Change Password".
4. Enter your current password followed by your desired new password.
5. Click on "Change Password" to confirm the changes.

2. Click PIN Reminder.
3. An email will be sent to your registered email address containing your current PIN.
1. Go to bxtra.com.ph and log in.
2. Go to dashboard and click the “View Profile”.
3. Go to Edit Security and enter your current password.
4. Click “Edit” on top of the PIN field to change.

2. Click “Log In”.
3. Click “Forgot Password”.
4. Input your registered email address and click “Recover”.
5. An email will be sent to your email address containing a link to reset your password.

You can permanently delete your bXTRA account through the app by following these steps:

1. Sign in to your bXTRA account.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Account.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Delete Account.
5. Read the information about account deletion.
6. Confirm the required acknowledgments.
7. Tap Delete Account to permanently delete your account.

Note:

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to log in or access your account.
• Your personal information will be permanently removed from bXTRA's systems.
• Transaction history and activity logs will be retained for 90 days before being permanently deleted.
• Certain financial and transaction records may be retained for a longer period as required by applicable laws and regulations.

2. Go to BCB Wallet and click “Lost Card”.
3. A warning prompt will pop up for your confirmation.
4. Once confirmed, your account will be assigned a virtual card number.
Note: Your account can still be used for Cashback transactions while preserving your information and Cashback balance.

3. Input the last 8-digits of your card (on the front).
4. Input 3-digit authorization code (on the back).
