When we started bXTRA PH in 2018, our mission was clear: to create a loyalty platform that truly serves the Filipino business community. Before our public launch in 2019, we spent countless hours testing, legalizing, and adapting our system to the Philippine market.

But just as we were ready to launch, the world changed — the pandemic brought everything to a halt. Instead of shutting down, we chose to evolve. We saw the rise of food delivery and e-commerce and decided to integrate our loyalty engine into these growing industries, helping businesses not just survive but thrive in a digital-first world.

Amidst this transformation, we discovered an even greater opportunity: Trash to CashBack. In partnership with BEST, Inc., we launched a unique initiative that lets individuals exchange recyclable waste for Environmental Points, which are automatically converted into Cashback — usable at bXTRA partner stores. This program allowed us to make loyalty not just about rewards, but about impact.

Since then, bXTRA PH has grown into a full ecosystem — offering transaction-based rewards, Pasuyo services, subscription options, and a powerful system that supports not only businesses and customers, but also delivery riders and environmental sustainability.

This is our story — a journey of resilience, reinvention, and purpose.
